New Season, New Power, Same Sunny Day 🎣

Last season ended with a bang of sorts… the motor of the Sunny Day gave up after only a year of service and left us at a crossroads. It wasn’t the way we wanted to finish the year, but sometimes setbacks lead to upgrades.

After a considerable refit, the Sunny Day is now powered by a brand new Yamaha outboard. The new setup provides a quieter, smoother ride for our passengers and makes everything more efficient for us. We’re excited about what this means for the season ahead — more time fishing, more comfort on the water, and more focus on putting you on fish.

We’re looking forward to tight lines and smiling faces aboard Sunny Day this year.

🎣 Pre-Season Halibut Trips – Discounted Rates

Before rockfish season opens, we’re offering discounted halibut trips departing from Harford Pier in Avila Beach.

Halibut fishing can be a bit of a grind — they’re not always easy — but when we find them and they’re biting, it can turn into a very good day in a hurry. There’s nothing like watching a big flatty come up off the Central Coast bottom.

These early-season trips are a great opportunity to:

• Get on the water before the spring rush

• Fish at a lower rate

• Enjoy smaller groups and more personalized time on the rail
