Whether rockfish , halibut, or something else, we offer trips to suit you. We take great care of your fish with clean insulated holds and ice. Fish cleaning services are offered starting at $3 a fish. Arrangements can be made for rental gear, We are a BYOB vessel and no smoking is permitted.

What We Target

Fishing season runs April 1 through December 31.

Primary species include:

  • Rockfish

  • Lingcod

When conditions and seasons allow, we also target:

  • California halibut

  • White seabass

  • Albacore and other tuna species

Because we run a small boat with only four anglers, we’re able to stay flexible and adjust locations based on current fishing conditions.

While half-day trips are occasionally available, fishing is typically much better when we have time to travel farther and work productive areas.

Gear & Licensing

We can provide quality rods and tackle if needed, though many anglers prefer to bring their own equipment.

Guests must bring:

  • A valid California fishing license

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Food and drinks

  • Sunscreen and hat

We take pride in how your catch is handled.

Each fish goes directly onto ice after being caught to preserve freshness and quality. Fish cleaning is available for $3 per rockfish.

Operating from Port San Luis requires close attention to ocean and weather conditions. Safety always comes first. If conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable trip, we communicate early and reschedule whenever possible.
